Being happy eludes me. Recently, whenever I laugh or smile, I have this sudden realisation on how infrequent it has become. :( I can almost feel the corners of my lips gravitating towards my chin. Perhaps it's the sagging of my cheeks that weigh my lips down but it means I'm less prone to feeling happy. I've been consciously making attempts to smile, because smiling = happy mood, based on the Facial Feedback Hypothesis. Smile and you'll feel happier. :)

Shanghai was nice despite being littered with conflicts. I even met him unexpectedly, bittersweetly in Pudong. It was awkward, tinge of sadness but we still said goodbye.

I don't think I've tried this hard before. Z could have been close. The conflicts, the fight for time, the need for romance and assurances. I wanna stay but everything else is falling apart.

God, help me with this trial please.
